- If you want to complain about nursery home you are free to complete a form similar to the Nursing Home Complaint Form and file it with the State Survey Agency as well. Alternatively, you can file a complaint with Alabama Department of Public Health.
- In case you discovered lack of medical training in assisted living facility or pricing issues, you are free to file complaint against it. How to complain about a doctor
There are several reasons to file hospital complaints against the doctor:
- The doctor had assumed that he/she failed to provide the patient with an appropriate treatment;
