Each year, Inc. magazine highlights the fastest-growing private companies across the United States in its Inc. 5000 list. We’re delighted to announce that PissedConsumer.com made the 2025 list, our second time earning this honor.
This milestone represents our continued growth as we’ve recently improved our products and services to better serve both consumers and businesses.
PissedConsumer.com’s Recent Growth
On the 2025 Inc. 5000 list, PissedConsumer.com ranks #2370, putting the company in the top half of the fastest-growing companies featured this year.
This ranking comes after PissedConsumer.com saw a 179% three-year growth in revenue.
Our online review and reputation management platform serves over 28 million registered users. We give consumers a place to share their experiences with products and services, and we offer businesses insights to help them improve their brand reputation and business processes.
Several new features have helped us fulfill this mission while contributing to our recent growth:
Call Transcriptions
This feature helps consumers save a written record of calls with customer service, making it easier to archive, search, and verify information.
Message to Company
This new message tracking feature helps consumers navigate the complaint resolution process. The centralized system lets consumers see when their messages are delivered to a business, whether or not their messages are opened or read, and when a company responds.
PissedConsumer Club
This new membership program connects consumers with expert guidance, such as personalized support, templates, and consultations to assist with getting their complaints resolved.

How the Inc. 5000 List Works
Companies making the Inc. 5000 list are ranked based on their percentage of revenue growth from 2021 to 2024.
To qualify for inclusion on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list, each company must have:
- generated revenue by March 31, 2021;
- generated at least $100k in revenue in 2021;
- grown to generate at least $2 million in revenue for 2024;
- been a privately-held, for-profit, U.S.-based business;
- not been a subsidiary or division of another company.
