I cannot even begin to express the sheer magnitude of frustration and anger I feel towards this so-called "Fast, Easy and Affordable" customer service of DHL. Fast and easy?

More like slow and excruciatingly painful!
What happened to the, it will be there in 3-5 business days. Six weeks. Six long frustrating weeks since my package was supposedly sent, and yet my husband sits, still empty-handed. He too is NOT happy at all with the situation.

What kind of incompetent, negligent operation are they running? This is not just a case of dropping the ball; this is a full-blown circus of ineptitude!
I've lost count of the number of emails and phone calls I've made in a futile attempt to resolve this debacle. Each time I reach out, I'm met with empty promises, meaningless apologies, and absolutely zero progress. At one time they even told me it had been destroyed because the receiver was not responding to them.

Well, that would mean that they, DHL, would have made an attempt to contact the receiver or me, the shipper. Nope. Nothing. And, who gave them permission to destroy the package?!?!!

No one. It has to happen at the shipping end through an agent/store. Was this an additional effort to cause me more frustration and anxiety! It's as if they thrive on our misery, reveling in our frustration as they twiddle their thumbs and do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation.
Customer service?

Ha! What a laughable concept. They wouldn't know good customer service if it smacked them in the face with a two-by-four. They have single-handedly shattered any semblance of trust or goodwill I may have had towards their brand, leaving me with nothing but bitterness and regret for ever engaging with them in the first place.

I will NEVER use them again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. And, Ill be sure to let as many people know as possible.
To anyone considering doing business with this sorry excuse for a company, I implore you: Run. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. Save yourself the headache, the heartache, and the sheer aggravation of dealing with these incompetent buffoons.

Your time, your money, and your sanity are far too precious to waste on such a colossal failure of a business.

Had documents sent from UK to US Immigration office in Florida . Package tracked.

However package was not delivered- driver attempted delivery at 2.15pm and noted the Immigration office closed- THE US IMMIGRATION OFFICE is open until 3.30pm. So, I called customer service, they could not give explanation, maybe driver GPS, wrong, etc, just nonsense. Ive actually been to office and address was correct. Asked for reschedule delivery for earlier the following day, service rep could not guarantee anything.

Local DHL is 18 miles from the USA IMMIGRATION OFFICE, and I was told drivers dont start route. till 11am. I dont hold out hope.

The document are highly important, and needed to be delivered. Extremely unhelpful, just gave me the run around.
Unable to escalate this to anyone at DHL.

First I was told after I did not get my second pair of shades that were bought and ordered from south coast plaza sun glass hut that DHL does not deliver too P.O. Box but my first pair was sent too my P.O.

Box in the meantime I have too pick up my order from DHL, makes no sense!

I called customer service to speak to a supervisor in which I was hung up on refusing my request! Too speak too a supervisor

I got a phone and tablet and laptop through acp Program it was sosposed to be delivered by them the first employee the one i got it from chargeme 20 dollars for a tracking number then started charging me because his truck broke down then for coming into the unitedstates because he was from Mexico if i would have nown that i probably would not of delt with him then he got into the unitedstates and turned it over to another employee and now he is broke down and wants me to send him 15 i have been trying to be nice about this with them its time for me to get my stuff its been 2 weeks now and i have been out 125dollars i shouldn't of been checked for i am a62year old disable man on social security and cant keep doing this
