Additionally, when he tried to contact eBay.com about the issue, he finally got some answers after “chatting with 2 customer support reps (who both hung up on me) who both said I am banned and they cannot disclose why due to eBay policy.” Despite positive ratings on all of his orders, the user was cut off from the service and no email was ever sent.

I ordered a pad for my spin mop by quickie from ebay the mop pad was to small and didn't fit my mop I had to pay $5.50 for shipping and $3.99 for the mop pad, I requested a refund them people they didn't pay me back for shipping and then they just refunded me 0.37 because they said the I had to pay for the label to send the item back, I would like for ebay to look into this matter because I think that company is a scam! HiI ordered a fishing rod from Home-Un -Leisure, last year, but did not use if for nearly six months as I do not fish in the winter. Consequently Imused it twice and the reel attachment sheered off completely. I bought an item. Only half arrived. I asked seller just the difference between what I paid and 1 I found just like it less than half. Sellers only option is I return the order or live with half order full price. I requested several times shipping label mailed to me. They would only send for me to print even thou I can not print.
