2. How Long Does It Take www.whatsmode.com to Deliver Clothes?

One of the top WhatsMode complaints on PissedConsumer.com and other review platforms is in regards to delivery delays and, in some instances, failure to deliver ordered items. Below is a sample complaint against WhatsMode delivery.  

“…Worst people ever!!!! I ordered 3 sweatshirts on 11/15.

It is now 1/4/19 i have received nothing!!! I am out $50. They were eager to take my money on the day i ordered. I did receive an email on 12/20 stating my order had shipped with a bogus tracking number!!!

I have emailed their customer service several times but there has never been a response!!!

I am now on a mission to get this company shut down!!!! They jyst messed with the wrong person!!!!!”

WhatsMode FAQs page summarises its delivery and shipping process as follows:

“…You make the order ? We approve your order, package and ship your items (5-9 business days) ? delivery in transit (5-15 business days)…“

According to the WhatsMode shipping page, standard shipping orders take 5-9 business days to process and package before they are shipped out of the warehouse. For clothes made on order, it may take one week to produce before shipping. Also, some influencers ship their products directly to the customers.

 When you place your order, WhatsMode provides you an estimate for shipping and delivery dates depending on the availability of the items, the shipping option you choose, your location and accessibility of your address. Other factors that may affect WhatsMode shipping time and delivery time include customs and production time.

3. How Do I Track my WhatsMode.Com Order?

Based on WhatsMode FAQ, whether your product is shipped from the WhatsMode warehouse or the influencer, you will be provided with an order tracking number that you can use to track your order. WhatsMode provides a Track your order option on the shipping page where you enter your order tracking number and you are updated your order’s status.

According to the WhatsMode FAQs page, if your order status indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it yet, it is best that you enquire with your local post office.  If your package is not at the post office, contact the WhatsMode customer care and they will do their best to help resolve the issue.

Also, in case your order is not delivered because you provided an incorrect address or you are unreachable through the contact information you provide, WhatsMode will not be held responsible and will not offer compensation.

6. Is WhatsMode Legit?

According to the WhatsMode “Who is WhatsMode?” page, the company positions itself as a social platform where online celebrities can create and sell their brands. As a platform, WhatsMode allows customers to enjoy a wide range of specially-made clothes made by influencers. On the other hand, the platform gives influencers a platform for interaction with their followers by infusing their fashion creations with their personalities.  

According to the WhatsMode Our Values, Our Vision page, the company supports sustainable fashion while protecting the environment. The company strives to ensure that fashion is eco-friendly, it provides quality products on demand and promotes diversity and equality.  As at the date of writing this article, WhatsMode has an average 1.3 out of 5 stars rating based on 169 rated reviews on PissedConsumer.com.

The rating stats indicate that the majority of WhatsMode customers are dissatisfied with the company’s services with 139 out of 169 WhatsMode customer reviews being 1 stars and only 5 reviews being 5 stars.   The satisfied customers indicated that they were happy with the responsiveness of WhatsMode customer support, the wide range of products and the reasonable prices of products.  Here is a sample of a 5-star WhatsMode review:

On the other hand, 22 customers were dissatisfied with the WhatsMode customer service citing that the customer support team was unresponsive and unhelpful. Other top 17 WhatsMode complaints are in regards to the WhatsMode returns and refunds, delivery delays, and failure to deliver purchased products among others.  

Review #1461611 encompasses a majority of WhatsMode complaints. The reviewer referred to WhatsMode as a scam:

“...Still no package, no refund, won't respond to my messages. Terrible terrible experience.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the whole thing. I want my money back.

Do not recommend. I am seeing lots of negative responses on facebook and other places so I know it's not just me...

7. Does WhatsMode.Com Offer Coupons or Discounts?

You can also sort the results by new arrivals, best-selling, highest to lowest price, and lowest to highest price.

8. What Is the WhatsMode Refunds Policy and Returns Process?

According to the WhatsMode FAQs page, WhatsMode states that you can return your items for a refund within 15 days of receiving your order, or 30 days after the item was sent if there is no tracking number provided. WhatsMode categorically states that if you return the items beyond the stipulated time, you will not be refunded.

The other terms specified in the WhatsMode return and refund policy include:

• The items being returned must be in the same condition as they were received (unworn).
• The products must be returned in their original packaging.

WhatsMode indicates on their FAQ page that they cover the cost of returns if the return is as a result of manufacturing defects, incorrect sizing, or postage issues. Otherwise, if you are returning for reasons other than previously mentioned ones, you will be required to pay for your shipping.

To initiate the return process, get in touch with the WhatsMode customer care via email. In the email, you need to provide details of the issue and include some pictures as proof.  Indicate whether you would like to be refunded. The WhatsMode refunds policy page indicates that they no longer exchange items and customers would have to make a new order to receive the item they want. Once your refund is processed successfully, you will receive it within 7-30 days.
