Comcast, previously called American Cable Systems, is a media and telecommunications conglomerate. It operates different brands that offer a variety of services.

If you are wondering if the Xfinity customer service is reliable, reviews on PissedConsumer indicate that most customers are dissatisfied. Xfinity reviews show that in some cases customers have difficulty getting through to a representative due to the automated response system on the phone. Trying to get a live person to talk to is rediculous! Every phone number you people have is just some stupid recording device that doesn’t have the capability of putting me in touch with anyone.
