How to Search for Online Reviews on PissedConsumer.com?

One of the best PissedConsumer features is the ability to research reviews by specific company, category, or even a particular issue. No matter which way you prefer, you can use the top navigation bar, search bar, or footer menu. Let’s look at how to find the most relevant complaints.

Browse online reviews by category

To do this, select “Categories” from either the top navigation bar or the footer menu. You’ll be able to scroll through a wide range of business types: everything from tech and travel to food delivery and home services. With over 160 categories available, this method helps you narrow down your research based on your interests.

You can manually type in the category name if you know exactly what you're looking for, or go to the Category page and browse through the list.

Look for a specific issue

If you are interested in consumer tips or complaints about a specific issue, you can use the top navigation bar or the footer menu to find specific information.

After moving to the Reviews page, you can see recent issues or resolved issues with various businesses.

It’s important to remember to read all reviews carefully and critically. While many reviews are seeking customer support about issues that have arisen, it is the patterns of issues and the company's responses to the reviews that are most important.

Be on the lookout for how companies work with frustrated customers to resolve the issues, or if, perhaps, the company has a routine of not interacting with customers. This would be a warning about making a purchase of your own with that company.

Browse online reviews by company

If you are only interested in a specific company or would like to read the reviews of others before making a specific purchase, you can easily find relevant reviews.

At the top of the PissedConsumer website, you might simply click on Companies on the top navigation bar to search by company name. The most common or recently named companies will also appear as part of this menu.

Browse online reviews by company

You can also navigate to these reviews by selecting the Companies option under Browse in the footer of the PissedConsumer homepage. Or simply typing a company name in the search bar.

Browse online reviews by company

Each company page includes:

  • An overall star rating based on user reviews
  • A breakdown of ratings by score and sentiment
  • Lists of pros and cons identified by consumers
  • A record of the most recent, resolved, or trending complaints
  • Verified contact details, including email and phone number

This makes it easy to evaluate a company's service quality, responsiveness, and track record before you make a purchase or continue doing business with them.
