Amazon has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have been unable to access my account for months, and when i finally got ahold of someone, all she could say was unfortunately without the confirmation of the address on the account (which i no longer know of, as i never actually purchased anything from Amazon, it was specifically used just to browse amazon a long time ago)she wouldnt be able to help me. I have access to the email provided on the account, and when i go to the account recovery page , it asks for me to confirm with a code from a phone number I no longer have (2-step verification). Like if i have access to my email, that should be more than enough information to get my account password changed or updated.There is no email provided to contact customer service. And the Assitant on customer service line was of zero help.For that reason, I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND amazon ever to anyone. Worst Customer Service Ever. Can't get a person on the phone for help. Package says it was delivered but it wasn't. Sure, they sent a picture but there are 100 buildings in my community with identical lobbies.My office window overlooks the parking lot and not one Amazon truck has gone by today. I believe someone is using my identity for membership of Amazon. Today I was informed there would be $99 debited from my visa account ending in xxxxxx9554 for next years membership. I have never been a member or used an Amazon membership.I buy books through Amazon only.Today when I believed I was talking with a person for resolution he wanted me to log into my computer to fill out a form on line to dispute and cancel this so called membership. Yes I was scammed over the weekend by someone posing to be from Amazon they told me that either someone had charged over $1000 on my account from Ohio I do not know anyone from Ohio I have no relatives and this was false information but I need associate or someone to check through Amazon to make sure that this is not true that I do not owe $1000 and that someone has used my identity through Amazon please contact me my number is 785-953-7288 or you can reach me through my email that I put on there I am from Kansas I do have a phone number that they called me from they also wanted me to go down to a place that sells credit cards and they wanted me to get a $500 credit card so that Amazon could repay me that’s when I realized that maybe I was being scammed I don’t know this is got me worried I’ve closed my bank accounts just in case and discontinued any usage from Amazon I just need to know what’s going on thank you I also told this person that I was handicapped and I could not drive to go get this card and they insisted that I somehow get down there and do this I am disabled and I am really unhappy about this and I need to know who I can contact if this is fraud

Called support after being double charged using Amazon Pay and when I had gotten on the phone the man was extremely rude and obviously wanted me off the phone. I had needed him to cancel one charge on my account and keep the other one, however even after I give him the run down of what I need and give him the specific order number of the order I needed cancelled, this rude f*ck ended up cancelling both of my orders and now the website I had tried to go through is out of stock for that specific item. Extremely unhappy and now I have to pay extra, on top of being 2 days behind.

We keep getting drivers coming to our house with Amazon parcels/packages not for us but as we share our postcode with only 4 other addresses we are the first they come to and we get the parcel/package despite the fact that our address is on our gate and clearly tells the driver he is at the wrong address they still come. And they usually argue with us when told they are at the wrong place we want compensation from amazon as we do not and will not trade with them anywhere is cheaper if people weren't lazy.

Again a very dejected customer. I had ordered I KALL N7 WiFi Tablet (7 Inch Display, 2GB, 16GB) | BlackOrdered on 06 Jul 2022. But I received a defected product so I requested for replacement. The delivery man was supposed to deliver the replacement on 11th July but didn't come and instead called saying that it's too late and that he will come tomorrow but yo my surprise he didn't turn up for good 4 days after which my replace6was cancelled on it's own and my request was automatically put to refund section.I am very DISAPPOINTED and dejected with Amazon deliver as well as Amazon customer service.No help was provided from their side.These delivery men do whatever they want to.

I bought a sandbox either a delivery date of two days. Two weeks later it was not here and when I checked delivery status it said it was cancelled. I bought another one and 4 days later the sandbox is delivered. I tried to take it back being I have 40 days to return it. Kohls however could not take it back. They agreed it was before 30 days but would not take it back. I’m stuck with 2 sandboxes
