2.   What Is the Joss and Main Shipping Policy?

According to the Joss and Main FAQ, deliveries are typically made between Monday and Friday. Each product page provides specific shipping options for a particular product. Generally, the type of shipping for a given product is determined by factors such as the size of the product and your location.

For instance, small items, that weigh less than 150lbs are sent via UPS or FedEx while large items are sent with different carriers that specialize in delivering the large item. Shipping restrictions and additional fees may apply to people living in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, and Alaska.  Joss & Main note that they do not deliver to P.O Box addresses and military APOS.

Small items take between 1 and 8 business days to deliver.  For one-day shipping or express shipping options, deliveries are made within one business day. For two-day shipping and expedited shipping, products are shipped within two days. Grounds shipping takes between one and seven business days, while economy shipping takes three to eight business days.

On the other hand, large items take between one and three weeks to be delivered. Delivery options include curbside deliveries with the options for you to unload or for the delivery company to unload, outside the front-door drop-off, inside home drop off, room of choice delivery, or all-inclusive delivery that incorporates delivery, packaging removal, and assembly.

3.   How Do I Track My JossAndMain.com Order?

According to Joss & Main Tracking orders help page, you can monitor your items on every step of the way. On the My Orders page, you will be able to see the estimated date of delivery for the specific order. If you click on “Track your Package”, you should be able to see the exact location of your item. You can also opt-in to receive real-time text updates about the status of your orders.

Joss and Main notes that the estimated delivery date for small items is the date when the items will arrive at your home, while for large items the estimated delivery date is when the items will arrive at your local area.

The local delivery agent will then contact you to set up the exact delivery date and time window. For any further assistance, you may reach out to the company customer service team via Joss & Main customer helpline.

Despite the clearly stipulated Joss & Main shipping policy and availability of tools to track your order, one of the most common Joss & Main complaints is in regards to delivery delays. The Joss & Main reviews indicate that a number of customers have had to wait for undetermined periods to have their products delivered after the stipulated delivery date has lapsed. Or in some cases, products got lost in transit.

4.   What Is www.jossandmain.com Return Policy?

The issues regarding the company return policy were mentioned in Joss & Main complaints and reviews. However, its help center page clearly stipulates the Joss & Main return policy. The 30-days return policy states that you have 30 days from the day of delivery to return an item if it is not a perfect match for a refund.

The item should be returned in its original condition and packaging. For large items to be eligible for the 30-days return policy, they must be in their original condition, must not have been installed, and should be returned in the original packaging.

However, not all items can be returned including clearance items, gift cards, items marked as “non-returnable” on the sales page, personalized items and items that have already been assembled. Once your item has been returned, you can choose to be refunded that original payment less the returning shipping costs to your original payment method or to be refunded in store credit.

Besides the standard return policy, Joss & Main offers modified return policies for specific products or occasions.  For items bought between November 1 and December 31, Joss & Main offers an extended holiday return policy that allows customers up to January 31 to return the items.

Joss and Main also offers a mattress return policy whereby each mattress comes with a 100-night free trial. The free trial allows you to try the new mattress for up to 100 nights and if you do not like it you can return it. you can only return or exchange a mattress only once per order.
