I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent handling of my orders by Amazon's customer service team. On three separate occasions, my products were not delivered as and been cancelled thrice by the Amazon with the response as “verification failed” however I have not received any calls or messages from any of the delivery person thrice.The response from customer service when I raised this issue was inadequate and unhelpful. I was consistently put on hold for significant periods of time - 20 minutes, 30 minutes, and even 45 minutes – only to have the calls abruptly disconnected without any resolution. This type of customer service is not only unhelpful but also extremely disrespectful of my time and loyalty as a customer.This recurring problem has severely impacted my trust in Amazon's commitment to customer satisfaction. The lack of a satisfactory resolution to this issue has left me feeling not just frustrated, but truly furious. I cannot continue to rely on a service that fails to deliver on its promises and neglects to address legitimate customer concerns.

Many of our orders which come by Delhivery courier and Blue Dart do not deliver to the address which is inside Mizoram University. The courier person calls us from the university main gate and asking us to collect the parcel, the distance is more than 2 km from the departments and residences. We had been complaining about this many times but no action had been taken sofar.During working hours, the courier person calls us to come and get the parcel from the main gate, which cannot be done during our working times. We pay for the home delivery while we place the order.This will be my last request made to amazon if this continuous we shall opt for other shopping sites. In due to amazon good customer service and product care we stick on to this, but day by day the couriers are harassing us to shuttle during our working hours, which is not a descent practice.Only after i get a positive response, we shall proceed further.Today also the order nos which were shipped via Delhivery courier were not delivered to the address given, they again called to the main gate which is 2 km away from the department we work.Though we pay for home delivery, we are struggling a lot to get our orders, not me many faculties in the campus are facing these problems.kindly do the needful.

Dear Amazon teamYour customer care team behaves like owner of AmazonI was order a watch on dated 7th APR 2024 and the delivery date showing in Amazon 12th April but the watch was not delivered yet and a Amazon App still showing watch delivered on 12th April . Same I was told that to your customer service team on 12th April and they said that it would be delivered on 16th of April and I was asked the reason of delay but they didn’t give me any response. I’m not sure what happened but I will try again tomorrow same thing I told her still I don’t get the watch. Team are behaving like complaints karu ya na karu bolo.This is not the way to talk with people I request you to please look into it and take a necessary action against the same.

Not getting refund amount of Rs.919 and denied to give on behalf of your customer care …Reason we have given different product already shared same product to your delivery person then also we are cheated from your end …Also not got Rs 719 which was committed by 31may 24 but yet now we haven’t Received same amount also filled disputed form to our hdfc bank …Please help me out of this why we are getting cheated from such a big seller brand like Amazon …If we talked to customer care team they were disconnected call without any resolution.we can’t expect from Amazon ..Thanks
