"Items that are out-of-stock are listed as available."This issue is caused by Amazon's system not updating data quickly enough. The item can be low in stock, and as they have multiple warehouses, the system can not prioritize orders among customers when ordering more than available.Example, let say there is 2 items available. Then 3 customers orders that product, the product is stored at 2 warehouses. The Amazon ordering system can then not prioritize who gets their order, and who does not. Amazon can't see who ordered it latest, when product was "out of stock" in reality.So, if you have chosen to get all items delivered at once in a single delivery. That one item will hold up the entire order. If you split the order, the other items will deliver while you wait for that single item.I got through to a Customer rep who explained this in detail to me, she was very understanding of the issue. It was very refreshing to talk to a caring customer rep at Amazon, a rep who actually could see and understand the issue. As moster other customer rep's just seem to be people with no ambition that don't care for anything else than their paycheck.I am all for Amazon, but they are in dire need of reformation and update on their platform, distribution and how "things are done".

I had ordered a 3 year additional warrantee on Amazon at the time of purchasing Acer TV. As I was asked to during Amazon chat. This was in 1st week of August,2023. It was supposed to be an Email delivery. I haven't received it till this day (19/08/2023).I cancelled that order requested for it's refund. Dear Sir,I had taken Whirlpool Automatic Washing Machine for ₹ 19000 from Amazon and it was clearly written that after receive your product.Within 30 hours your machine installation will be done but till now the installation is not done and after turning on the customer care they are putting our phone on hold and disconnecting because of which I am suffering a lot and I It has hurt a lot. I have not received it till23july but status is delivered on 20 July. On 23july I called the Cousromer Servic and got a reply that amount will be refunded bu 28 July. I wish to inform you that I placed an order for a Selvia Men's Lycra Full Elastic Sport Wear Stretchable Track Pant on November 28th, 2023. This morning, I received a call from customer service notifying me that my order had arrived. Upon reaching my doorstep, I encountered the courier demanding payment through G-Pay while perched on his bike. Despite explaining my lack of G-Pay, I offered a 500 rupee note for the 280 rupee order.Regrettably, the courier responded with profanity, tossed the package into his travel carton, and hastily departed with a disrespectful demeanor. I am profoundly disappointed by this conduct. Subsequently, the same courier called me around 1:50 PM, admitting the use of profanity was due to a lack of change for the 500 rupee note. I informed him of my intention to report the incident on Amazon customer feedback.He responded by removing his helmet and posing for a picture. I kindly request that you refrain from employing such staff, as their behavior can tarnish the company's reputation unnecessarily. I am constrained to inforn you that I had ordered a Toastes, Make Bajaj ATX-4 on 18/10/2023 and was delivered to me on 23/10/2023. It was found to be damaged. I made a complaint on 27/10/2023 for replacement vide.
