I have been trying to get in touch with somebody who has the authority to go into the computer and kill a count that was never set up by me I have no idea who did it or why but I can honestly tell you Pearl who works at Amazon I wouldn't trust that woman with anything because she kept asking for me to put a card number on so that I could talk to somebody on a secured line what isn't that something she couldn't just put me through because I don't have a card anymore and I told her that but yet she's still too stupid to understand that anyway Pearl Wilson I hope that you'll actually use your brain because all I needed was somebody to verify that somebody was using my identity to purchase things but in everyday because you didn't care well I bet you'll care when you're staring at the judge and yes yes you see you have no idea but anybody can sue anybody for anything I think I'll see you for defamation of character let's see there's a few other things that I could have you I could sue you for yeah I think I will too just to show you that I can and show your boss that I can I've asked you and you still want me to put in a dollar so that I I don't have a card to do that with I told you that several times but you say you're too stupid to be able to read that I don't have a car to do that with so I hope that you get this because all I need is somebody to verify that three different locations or four different locations or how many ever locations somebody's using my information to try to buy things from Amazon

Maybe I am one of the lucky ones.For several months I had a weekly order for a peppermint flavored coffee product, these things are seasonal, so I considered myself lucky to continuously find them available even as recent as two months ago. I would order them once a week and they would always be delivered within six hours. It was always listed as “two packages of 6 Kpods each”, meaning the whole order would be 12 K pods. I ordered these every week until there were finally no more available.The product is not handled by any one particular seller, it is handled by whoever is fulfilling the order for Amazon. I think this is something that a lot of people do not understand, sometimes, you are purchasing from a seller. Other times, you are purchasing from Amazon and they use different sellers to fulfill the sale.So out of maybe 10 orders for the same coffee product, I had one shipment where instead of the two boxes that were promised, I only received one box. Amazingly, I was able to file a complaint for the wrong amount of product shipped and I was able to speak online to a very good customer service representative who as well as giving me a full refund for that order, she promised me that it would never happen again, and it never happened again. I made approximately three more orders after that.Mainly what has protected me is that I pay attention to the product page and I try to stay away from products that will be going through fulfillment centers. Unfortunately that cannot be done all the time, so when you are dealing with a fulfillment center, you just have to change your language when you report an improper shipment. Because you will speak to one fulfillment center one week, and they will probably resolve your issue, but the next week, it will be somebody totally different. so I simply had to streamline my style of complaints so that I was able to prove that I was promised two boxes, not one. I kept a screenshot of the original offer and I also copy the link to the latest offer, so that the Amazon person I was speaking to could understand that I was indeed, supposed to receive two boxes. The price for this particular product floated between $11 and $25 during the time that I was ordering. On the day when they shipped me only one box, I had the whole issue resolved in less than half an hour.There are also other variations of this issue, for instance you are ordering from Amazon fresh and you have agreed to let them substitute. If you allow substitutions, they will not ship you anything even closely related to what you ordered. For example, I ordered eggnog toward the end of the season, and Amazon fresh was showing indeed, this was in stock. but it was not in stock so instead of sending me the eggnog, they shipped me two boxes of macadamia nut milk. Which to me, was utterly amazing and that was the only time when I ever expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of substitution. After that incident, I have never allowed substitutes.Now the problem with thus is that sometimes you are not purchasing through Amazon fresh, you are purchasing through a seller and so what they have listed is what they allegedly have. But, if they are fulfilling the orders through fulfillment centers, sometimes some of these fulfillment centers will provide a substitute even though there should have not been a substitute. I don’t know if that makes any sense but I had ordered the same coffee product through a different seller and what I received was a totally different flavor. I had no trouble receiving a refund for that order as well.

I am tired of calling customer service with issues an I can't understand their representatives. Every time that I call they have me talk to a person from another country an with their heavy accents. I have asked to talk to someone that I can understand they disconnect the call. I called 5 times within 10 minutes an each time they disconnected the call. I called the corporate office and they said that I had to call the same people that I get disconnected from to file a complaint. It made both sense since they are the reason for the complaint. I canceled everything that I had with Amazon accept for the basic account only because I use their Firestick. I haven't even received an apology or heard anything from Amazon. I remember when companies actually care about their customers instead of just caring about their profits.

Despite repeated attempts to get refunds back, we have yet to be reimbursed for several costly items. One laserjet printer costing 1,594.99 AED; Seimens Front loader washer at 1,580.88 AED and a couple less costly items. Despite numerous attempts to get refunds we have yet to see one coin!! I have ordered one shirt but delivered different one then immediately returned that order in Amazon app then it's initiated a return that order from Amazon.After 2 days amazon representative called to collect that order that time I was in important meeting so am unable answer the call.Then Amazon agent given a comment as "Return pickup failed due to price tag missing" this is not good and am not expecting this from Amazon.I have a price tag, cover as per Amazon Return policy and still am waiting for your agent call to return my product.I hope you got my point.
