What Are BerryLook Returns and Refund Policies?

A number of BerryLook reviews on PissedConsumer are in regards to returns, exchanges, and cancellations. According to the reviews, customers would like to return goods for various reasons including the delivery of wrong items or because they were dissatisfied with the quality of the received products.

According to the BerryLook returns and exchanges policy, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the item(s) for a refund. The policy states that returns or refunds must be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

BerryLook claims two particular conditions for your returns to be eligible for refund:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The product must not be used or damaged.

BerryLook states categorically that they do not accept:

  • return or exchange of products bought as final sale items
  • return or exchange of swimwear products unless the product is defective or damaged.

Upon receipt of your returned product, BerryLook staff inspect it and then send you an email to notify you that the returned product has been received and whether the return has been approved or rejected. If the return is approved, a refund is processed and credited into your credit card or original payment method within 7-15 days.

If your refund takes longer than expected to reflect on your account, BerryLook advises you to:

  • check your account
  • contact your credit card company and then your bank if the refund still does not reflect
  • get in touch with the BerryLook customer care via email.

If you receive damaged products on delivery, get in touch with BerryLook customer service immediately. You will be asked to take photos of the damaged item and email them to customer service. The BerryLook customer care team will view the photos of the damaged items and if they are eligible for refund or exchange they will send a return confirmation email.  Send the product alongside the tracking number and the product list that indicates the product ID.

While BerryLook returns and exchange policy page clearly stipulates the terms for exchange/returns and the process involved, they do not provide a return address. It is best to get in touch with the BerryLook customer help team for further assistance and to request a return address.

Some PissedConsumer reviewers feel that the BerryLook returns policy is unfair as you only have 30 days to return the products yet in most cases BerryLook customer support does not reply to return emails and calls on time.

How Do I Cancel My BerryLook Order?

BerryLook cancelation policy allows you to cancel an order for a full refund within the first 24 hours of making the order.  Orders canceled after 24 hours but have not been shipped yet can be canceled but will incur a 15% cancellation fee and be refunded partially. Any cancellation requests made after the product has been shipped will not be accepted.

Once you decide to cancel your order:

  • make a cancellation request with the BerryLook customer care via the order cancelation request form provided on the order cancellation page https://www.berrylook.com/en/cancelorderlist
  • provide your email address and a verification code will be sent to your email
  • submit your cancellation request.

When Will BerryLook Ship My Order?

One of the most popular complaints against BerryLook is in regards to delivery delays. According to the BerryLook reviews some customers have not received their ordered items several weeks after making the order. On the other hand, some customers want to know if their products have been shipped and to track them.

According to the BerryLook shipping policy, there are two factors that determine how soon you will receive your order: the item processing time and the shipping method.

The item processing time is the time that the seller takes to prepare your ordered item(s) for shipping. It varies depending on the product quality and the volume. Generally, processing time ranges between 5 and 7 working days.

On the other hand, the shipping time will vary depending on the shipping method, your shipping address and where the product is coming from.

You can track your order on the “Track Order” page by entering your email address or the order number in the provided area and then clicking on the “track my order button”

If you allow 5-7 working days processing time and 2-15 working days shipping time, your item(s) should be delivered within 5-22 working days. If your items are not delivered within this time get in touch with BerryLook customer service representatives to follow up on the reason for the delay in delivery and to track the item(s).

When BerryLook has received unusually large numbers of orders they will indicate on their contact us page an expected delay of up to 7 days to process the order.
