According to the reviews, customers would like to return goods for various reasons including the delivery of wrong items or because they were dissatisfied with the quality of the received products.

According to the BerryLook returns and exchanges policy, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the item(s) for a refund. The policy states that returns or refunds must be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

BerryLook claims two particular conditions for your returns to be eligible for refund:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The product must not be used or damaged.

BerryLook states categorically that they do not accept:

  • return or exchange of products bought as final sale items
  • return or exchange of swimwear products unless the product is defective or damaged.

Upon receipt of your returned product, BerryLook staff inspect it and then send you an email to notify you that the returned product has been received and whether the return has been approved or rejected. If the return is approved, a refund is processed and credited into your credit card or original payment method within 7-15 days.

If your refund takes longer than expected to reflect on your account, BerryLook advises you to:

  • check your account
  • contact your credit card company and then your bank if the refund still does not reflect
  • get in touch with the BerryLook customer care via email.

If you receive damaged products on delivery, get in touch with BerryLook customer service immediately. You will be asked to take photos of the damaged item and email them to customer service. The BerryLook customer care team will view the photos of the damaged items and if they are eligible for refund or exchange they will send a return confirmation email.  Send the product alongside the tracking number and the product list that indicates the product ID.
