This morning I tried to reach customer service by having them call me. It appears that Amazon has joined the long procession of businesses who are going to extreme measures to protect their customers. I am of the generation who has always had a land line and am having great difficulty in switching over to the smart? phone. It seems to me that those people who totally rely on their mobile phone needs it to be smart because they are losing their own intellect. Anyway, I use a VOIP phone and for some reason the business world refuses to recognize it as a landline. Now, I'm being forced over and over again to use the damn mobile phone. Social Security has denied my VOIP phone and so has the IRS, and other businesses. This tells me that they are not interested in helping customers. It's really starting to piss me off.

Amazon quality has gone down so much. I have received numerous items that were totally used and missing parts, etc. and to top it off their customer service has gotten extremely unreliable and rude. They will not accept any responsibility for any of their defective items. I guess they’ve gotten so big that they couldn’t care less if they lose customers. It they better be careful, Walmart used to be like that until Amazon came ali g. So watch out Amazon, maybe ten years down the road you’ll lose out to some other giant who’ll be taking over the retail world

I made an irser from Amazon amd when checking on my order I noticed it still hadn't shipped, and trying to contact customer support I found a chat, and it said I chose one day shipping, and when requesting a call I got an automated call back that said my order would ship a day or so before its supposed to be at my house and that would be about a 3 or 4 day wait just for it to ship, thats not acceptable, why does it take something 3 or 4 day to ship from a company as big as Amazon, amd they gave me Amazon prime free for 30 days, I dont know why they did if it takes that long to ship, Amazon isn't for me

The more Amazon grows the more their customer service Regreses. It is quite sad I order a lot of Amazon I ordered for people friends of mine who don’t have prime I control their packages and I can’t even control my own. I have just ordered two bed frames I spend a lot of money I think I mentioned it and I don’t have any husband anyway you know Amazon deals are but tonight was the utmost just gusting disappointing customer service by a supervisor and two customer service representatives as you call them. I know it sounds silly I didn’t get my color pigmenting purple three in one amazing shampoo that I love my hair is looking a little hit I have job interviews because I am unemployed my shampoo was to be here on the 14th when it said it was delivered it was not I contacted them by chat they said “it updated too early quote it will be there March 15 by 10 PM OK fine not here March 15 I go through to other customer service representatives to only have them escalate something to somewhere that I have no idea about which wasn’t going to do me any good so with the last one I chatted with I asked for a supervisor to return my call she confirmed the phone number and I waited I’m still waiting so I called tonight I got one guy who absolutely refused to let me speak with a supervisor then turned it around and tried to make it my fault because I did not fill out some incident report that I have no knowledge of I looked through my Amazon messages it’s not in there apparently I was supposed to look through tens of thousands of emails for a incident report that I didn’t know I was supposed to be looking for I finally hung up on him and called back the next gentleman was nice he transferred me to what he said was a supervisor I have my doubts however the man gets on the phone he doesn’t act like he knows how to talk on the phone much less help me I explained my whole situation and he’s so sorry he’s going to transfer me back to his associate to get my refund and I’m speaking and he transfers me anyway I was stating I didn’t want a refund I need my shampoo so as my temperature is rising the guy he transfers me to says that I am not cooperating because I am telling him to I don’t want a refund I need my shampoo this is ridiculous where is it and then He disconnected to call because I wasn’t cooperating like WTF here I am two weeks later no resolution and super Duper Ali Uber pissed off I’ll get your customer service in the morning they can bet on that
