I need my refund back of $1506. I have been trying to reach edreams to no avail since December last year. I guess it's high time the government look it fraudulent flight agency that has no proper platform to respond clients request or how a client can reach them.edreams should try and reach out to me, I even bought insurance on my trip ticket. But they are not responding nor saying anything since December. They only said the ticket refund is going to be according to airlines policy, i contacted the airline (westjet). When we went to check our bags the airline Vivo said the checked bag was not in their system and so we had to pay 50$ for each leg of our trip. 100$ total each. I was trying to get my money back. ... I made a booking for manila-bali-manila last 2020 worth $600. due to pandemic the flight was cancelled by Philippine Airlines. I called edreams and ask for refund. They advised me that refund will be posted in my account within * months. After * months, I've been calling edreams but I noticed that agents are giving different informations. Today Icalled back, I listen to the automated phone system and said that my refund was received and they are transfering it to my bank account. I connected the call to an agent but the agent told me that they haven't received it yet. Edreams are misleading the clients in their automated phone system so client will stop the call.
