Is DHL Customer Service 24 Hours?
While it stands to reason that DHL delivery hours may not be around the clock, it would be comforting to know that you can contact DHL.com with issues when they arise, even if it’s after traditional business hours. According to the DHL FAQ about contact information, you do have options for contact around the clock.
While you may not be able to call DHL at all hours, you can try alternative ways to contact them. DHL customer service offers a twenty-four-hour chat feature for immediate feedback. You can also contact DHL through email at any time, as well.
If you’d like to speak to a person, DHL customer service hours are posted on the contact page as 6:00 AM through 7:00 PM on weekdays. Be prepared to do a bit of calculation when you call DHL as the hours are on Arizona time, and Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time. While not available for twenty-four hours, the DHL customer service phone number is 1-800-CALL DHL (1-800-225-5345).
Even if DHL customer service hours are extended, delivery hours are not as flexible. In his DHL review, one customer explained just how frustrating it can be when a package isn’t delivered as expected. After waiting at home all day for his delivery, which was “...an envelope to be specific, filled with time-sensitive documents…”, the reviewer received a text that “...a delivery was attempted and will try again tomorrow.”
According to the reviewer, he gave them specific information for delivery, and never was contacted per his instructions. While he may have options to reach out to customer service through www.DHL.com, his package won’t be delivered at any hour of the night.
How Do I Contact DHL by Phone?
According to the DHL Help Center, it should be easy to call the company. The DHL contact number is listed clearly on the page. In fact, there are multiple DHL contact numbers listed on their website.

However, even with all these phone numbers listed, some customers have expressed frustration with reaching an actual representative. In her review (#3192116), one PissedConsumer user called the right number during the allotted time and found “...they do not answer phone or call back.” Ultimately she decided to simply post to social media “...to avoid DHL…” as a warning to others.
